It is conveniently situated near the downtown Museum Quarter, the World Trade Centre and the RAI exhibition centre and the major shopping streets are within a journey of less than 10 minutes by nearby public transport or on foot. The shopping street Beethovenstraat is only 5 minutes’ walk and has a variety of shops and restaurants.

Check-in and check-out are possible at any time at the 24-hour reception desk. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.
