موقعیت مکانی عتل و دسترسی به مراکز خرید و دیدنی و همچنین مترو و ایستگاه تراموا عالی است و در کمتر از 100 متری اصلی ترین خیابان و مرکز شهر مونیخ قرار داره. نظافت اتاق بسیار خوب بود و اندازه اتاق ها هم به نسبت هتل های هم رده و هم قیمت بزرگ است صبحانه ارائه شده مختصر و فقط در حد صبحانه سرد به همراه نوشیدنی است در مجموع با توجه به موقعیت قرار گیری، دسترسی به مناطق مختلف شهر و نظافت خوب هتل گزینه مناسبی جهت استفاده در سفر به مونیخ است.
