Playa del Inglés is around 6 km from the resort, the capital Las Palmas is a 40-minute drive and Agaete is around 90 minutes by car. Gran Canaria Airport is approximately 24 km from the hotel and there is shuttle from the airport to Eagle Beach, from where it is only a 20-minute drive or taxi to the hotel.

To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the bungalow complex provides various services and facilities, including a safe and a library.
